Khrys McKinney’s 15+ years of legal computer services and
support management experience have benefited numerous large law firm
attorneys and their Fortune 500 clients on projects, business deals and
cases. Her expertise covers areas such as database management systems,
imaging systems and special applications used for large-scale litigation.
The combination of her technical undergraduate education and legal work
experience provide a unique basis for helping attorneys use technology to
find evidence for their cases. As Litigation Support Manager for the
nation’s fourth largest law firm, she led her employer to hold the acclaim
of one of the first law firms in Texas to implement imaging technology. She
was responsible for an internal operation of over 300 workers who populated
databases to generate more than three million dollars in revenue per year.
She also managed the law firm’s graphics department to support numerous
trial, publishing, and marketing endeavors. She recently wrote an article
for Leader's Legal Tech regarding mobile computing applied to litigation
document management. She has spoken to a number of national audiences as a
faculty member of the SOFT BANK Institute Computer Training & Support
Conference, the Price Waterhouse Legal Tech, as well as user group meetings
of one of the major litigation support software providers. She founded the
Houston Association of Litigation Support Managers affiliated with the
National Association of Litigation Support Managers. Khrys held numerous
executive posts in this and other legal technology professional
organizations.
